If you want to follow Jesus’s (or Yeshua’s) teachings, don’t just pray — take action.

He never came here to create man-made religion. What he really wanted was to show humanity how to awaken Christ Consciousness.

But be mindful: to do this, the practice requires years of preparation and healing first. If this is done too early, it can backfire.

Praying alone won’t get you there, but here’s what Jesus/Yeshua tried to teach and tell all of us:

• We all have a dormant, snake-like energy at the base of our spine, often called Kundalini energy. When awakened, this energy flows through our chakras (if they are already healed and open) and eventually reaches the pineal gland. That’s where the magic happens.
• A spark of light or energy ignites in the middle of your brain, reactivating the pineal gland, and this is when Christ Consciousness awakens within you.
• At this point, the energy around your body becomes so strong that it protects you from negativity and even sickness, and long-forgotten abilities like telepathy, levitation, or even telekinesis can…
